Banco De Oro Rant

Weeeeeellllllllll, as usual. This is a late post of mine.

Though I was really no longer planning on posting this, I just saw something inside my bag while I sort of taken out some stuffs from it. And this is what I saw:

As you can see, it's just a small piece of paper that got various doodles on it.

Actually, there's just a little bit of story behind it.

What happened is this...

Around earlier this year, I opened an account on a provincial branch of Banco De Oro (let's call this BDO-01). The thing is, when I opened that account, I was already going back to the city. Hence, I asked a BDO personnel if it's possible for me to just pick-up my ATM to a BDO branch near my place (since their branch is way way too far from our place). Well "he" said that it's okay. So they just gave me a waver to sign saying that BDO's not responsible as to whatever happens to my ATM. For me, it's just for formalities sake, since I still kinda had some confidence to them delivering their work promptly. When I'm already back in the city, I waited a month before going to that requested BDO branch (let's call this BDO-02) to pick up my ATM. When I got there, I immediately went to the service desk and asked for my ATM. The personnel suddenly asked me if it's their branch where I opened my account, I replied "no". But I told them what happened in BDO-01. There, they suddenly told me that BDO does not allow that kind of setup (picking up your ATM in a different branch other than your branch of account). And sadly, my ATM is still not under their custody (BDO-02). Well, okay, sorry for that. But what I did not like is on how they handled my situation. What they want me to do is that I am the one who should coordinate with BDO-01 as to the whereabouts of my ATM. It kinda pissed me off. Still keeping my temper, I gently asked them if it's possible that they are the ones that should talk to BDO-01 (since obviously they are still of the same entity). For me, it should've been their initiative to help their "client" in whatever possible means. Sadly, days passed, and yes, they (BDO-02) didn't care a thing to my situation. And yes, it wasn't resolved.

Got a bit busy in life, months passed and things happened here and there. My unresolved issue with BDO got shove out of my mind for a while. Until I decided to open a BDO account to a branch near to my place (now this will be BDO-03). From that point on, I decided to just close down my account in BDO-01. Hence, I asked the staff from BDO-03 if it'll be possible to close an account on a different branch that is not the branch of account. Sadly, it was a NO. Maybe you're telling me to just go to BDO-01 and settle things. The problem is that travelling to BDO-01's place is more expensive than the amount of cash I deposited in them. Hence, it'll be much better to just let that money fly. Since, I am already using BDO's services, I tried seeking an online support from BDO. I got some response, but sadly, it's still not the solution to my problem.

Again, months passed, just around the 3rd week of December this year, I decided to try solving things on a different manner. What I did is, again, I'm back to BDO-03 and told them my situation. I'm quite disappointed again as to how that staff handled my problem. She just immediately told me that they cannot do anything about it. They did not even bother calling BDO-01 to at least help me out a bit. Calmly I asked if it'll be okay for them to call BDO-01's branch so that I can talk to them (since I don't know their number anyway). Now during the phone call, back on my story with BDO-02, they gave me a certain staff name called Mr. R, so that's whom I asked. Unluckily, he's on his lunch break. So they gave me her assistant Ms. F. So I told Ms. F my story and blah blah blah. Though she was able to give me a solution, again I was pissed off as to how she impolitely cut our conversation and rudely hang up the phone. What she told me is to withdraw my money over the counter on any branch and just leave even just one (1) peso on my account, then my account will just be automatically closed down. Since I was a bit disappointed with BDO-03, I went out and looked for another branch. Hence, I found BDO-04. I kinda disobeyed what Ms. F told me. What I did is that I withdrew everything, every peso, from that account. The staff from BDO-04 told me that my account's gonna be closed down if I do so. I said it was okay. She went back inside their staff room, and asked some colleagues, I think. She walked from place to place and just asked me to wait. When she got back to me, she told me that she's just waiting for a reply from my branch of account. Finally!!! It was a first time for me to encounter a BDO branch that took initiative to help me out. "At last, it's gonna be over" is what I'm shouting inside my head. I came to BDO-04 around 2PM. And they acted immediately to settle things. What's disappointing (again) is BDO-01's cooperation. Even the personnel from BDO-04 is already pissed off from them. So while waiting, that doodle above is what happened to me. (￣▽￣) Yes. I was also depositing back the cash that I'm trying to withdraw from my BDO-01's account to that of my BDO-03 account. All I did throughout those hassle is doodle my way out of boredom as I wait for BDO-01's cooperation. And no. That paper is not enough if all I did is doodle until I got what I asked for. Thankfully, my phone still got lots of battery on it, so yeah, I just played some games till everything's over. As I have said I came there at around 2PM, and guess what time I got out? It's almost 5PM! Can you imagine that?! （；￣ェ￣）It's almost closing time! Luckily I was not in a rush during those time. Or else, I might have lost my temper there.

Though, I'm still grateful that everything's settled now. ( ´ ▽ ` )

Most especially, I am trully grateful to the BDO-04 staffs. Without you guys, I don't know what would've happened to my problem. Really, thank you. I do hope that BDO will have more employees like you guys.

Umi's Wavering Heart [SIF Comic] Part 01 of 02

Okay, okay. At first I thought that Umi's ongoing event will be boring blaming the current EX songs. But then, I saw this yesterday.

Because of those top 3 players, I am now starting to enjoy Umi's event. XD

Now this certainly suits the current event's title. KotoUmi fighting for their love!!! (⌒▽⌒) But then, a Brick Wall is in the way. (ノ_＜)

Then just a couple of hours earlier, the next chapter unveils!

Umi was finally able to conquer the Brick Wall!!!

Or so we thought. Just a couple of minutes later...

Who knew that Brick Wall is a tougher enemy!!!

Umi's shocked!!! But no!!! Umi will not give up her love for Kotori!!!

When Kotori found out that a Brick Wall is again in their way... Poor little Kotori suddenly cried out of loneliness getiing apart with her beloved Umi.

But don't worry Umi!!! Kotori is still waiting for you to climb up that thick Brick Wall!!!

Little do we know, that the Brick Wall is not against the KotoUmi love!!!

Thus, the Brick Wall gave Umi a little tip as to how she can reach her beloved Kotori...

Love Live! SIF Event: 『School Idol Diary』

Lol. I know. This "tutorial" is already way too late to introduce School Idol Diary (SID in short) Event in School Idol Festival (SIF). Nonetheless, please bear with me. (￣▽￣)

Moving on...

As of the moment, we are currently having Nico's SID Event, hence, this will be the one that I'm gonna use in this tutorial.

So then... In every kind of event in SIF, there an in-game tutorial that can be found in the event room. If you can understand Japanese, or likewise know how to play this event already. You can move along with your life now and no need to bother on this long post of mine (unless you want to. ( ´ ▽ ` ))

I'm just gonna show you the "official tutorial" from the game itself.

So, how do we play a SID event. It's pretty much the same with the individual themed event of μ's. The difference would be unlocking individual chapters within their school idol diary as you progress in the game.

You'll need to acquire certain amount of Event PTs to unlock each chapter. I'll discuss later on how to gather those Event PTs.

To view each diary chapter, all you have to do is to tap on the event icon that can be seen on the home page of the game screen.

Then it'll lead you to this screen:

The button in the middle depicts which diary chapter you are currently on (as you can see, this one's on Chapter 1). By default, the first chapter of the diary is already unlocked. After unlocking the other chapters, you can simply swipe left/right to view the other chapters.

Just below the chapter button, you'll see how much more Event PTs you'll need to unlock the next chapter (which in this case is 500 PTs).

The one with "10 pt" stated how much more Event PTs you'll need to acquire the next "completion reward" (which is in this case is the 1 loveca stone/love gem).

The "0 pt" is the total Event PTs you already gathered. Including the Event Tokens, which I'll be discussing next.

As I've said, the next in line is what we call the Event Tokens (that's the one with simply "0" on it). Each event got different tokens. In this event, we got a "trumphet" token. These are what we need to play the Event Song ( which again, I'll discuss later).

Let's move along first on how to gather these tokens.

It's quite simple, all you have to do is play a Live Show (play the game) normally. As you play, you'll notice that some notes got a token in them. Now, be sure not to miss any of it. (￣▽￣) If you did miss any of them, don't worry. All those tokens that you collected will still be yours. And yes, even if you did a "GOOD" or "BAD" move on any of the "Tokened Notes" (not sure is that's a word (⌒-⌒; )), it's still yours. The number of tokens per game depends on what game difficulty or how much LP the song consumed. Let's say for example, Snow Halation [Hard], it requires 12 LP to proceed. If you did chose this song, be ready to acquire 12 tokens as well. The only difference would be a 15 LP song and a 25 LP song.

For a 15 LP song, you can get a maximum of 16 tokens.

As for a 25 LP song, you can get a maximum of 27 tokens per song.

So yes. If you prefer to maximize your LP consumption and can handle the EX songs, you better grind all those songs until the event is finished. (⌒▽⌒)

Earlier, I said something about the Event Song, right? Well. This is an introduction of a new song that will soon be added as a regular/special song in the game.

You can easily identify them among other songs simply because you'll have to download them first. (^_^;)

In the screeshot above, in the upper left corner of the screen, you'll see how many tokens are available for you to play (in this case I got 97 tokens).

In the first couple of days of the event, you can play Easy, Normal, or Hard of the Event Song. The required token to play an Event Song varies on its game difficulty.

For an Easy Event Song, you'll need 15 Event Tokens

For a Normal game, it'll be 30 Event Tokens

For Hard, it'll be 45 Event Tokens per game

I almost forgot to mention, the Event Tokens you've gathered are also added to the total Event PTs you've acquired. But as you can see, it'll take you years to gather thousands of Event PTs by mere acquiring 27 PTs every 3 minutes of your game. So that's where the Event Song will be of purpose to you. As you play an Event Song, you won't acquire any Event Tokens. You'll get Event PTs instead. How much Event PTs you gather per song varies on your score rank, combo rank, and song difficulty. The following screenshots are all based on S Ranked Score and Combo.

For an Easy Event Song, you can get a maximum of 65 Event PTs per game

For Normal, it'll be a maximum of 140 Event PTs per game

And if you can competently play a Hard song, you can grab a maximum of 233 Event PTs per game

If you can easily S Ranked the score and combo of the Event Song, all I can say is that you'll grab more Event PTs if you continuously just play the Hard Event Song. But, don't forget to play the Easy and Normal Event Song even just once. Just for the heck of grabbing the additional reward by completing the Easy-Normal-Hard stages.

But, if you're a hard-core Love Liver!, you can simply just gather all the Event Tokens that you can grab until the last FIVE (5) days of the event. In that moment, they will release a x4 Easy-Normal-Hard Event Song and two (2) versions of an EX Event Song (a regular EX song and a more difficult one than the other). The x4 Easy-Normal-Hard Event Song simply means that it'll take 4x of the Event Token required and you'll get 4x of the Event PTs as a reward in just one game (hence, it'll save you time and effort). Though, it'll depend on your strategy and gaming style whether this is of any use for you. Basically, since you'll be playing fewer songs, you'll get fewer EXP as well. Which equates to less Level-Up and less free LP refills. And as for those that are waiting for the EX Event Song, yes glorify! Cause you'll get them.

As you can see, both of the EX songs got the same song, and the same token requirement. The only difference is their game difficulty (kindly refer to those "stars" below the screen). One got a 9-star difficulty while the other got a 10-star difficulty. And yes. Even its Event PTs reward is the same. If you were able to get a S Ranked Score and Combo, the maximum Event PTs you can get per song would be 404 PTs.

In terms of game efficiency, if you can sustain a S Ranked Score and Combo on the EX song, you'll get more out of it from your Event Tokens.

The rewards that you can get from this type of event are the following:

The "Achievement Rewards" - simply depends on how much Event PTs you gathered throughout the event. And you 'll get the reward as you progress in the game. For Nico's SID Event here's what you can get:

 

The "Event Ranking Rewards" - here you'll have to compete with other players based on how much total Event PTs you have gathered compared to them. The one who got more Event PTs, will be the one on top. For Nico 's SID, here what you can get:

The "Score Ranking Rewards" - pretty much the same with the event rankings, but this time, it'll be based on your Hard Event Song Score versus to the other players. For Nico's SID, here's how it goes:
